These terms govern use of the YoSolve platform provided by YOSOLVE, a proprietorship in Ichalkaranji, Kolhapur, Maharashtra, India. By using YoSolve you agree to them.

The service

YoSolve is software for used-car dealers to manage vehicle inventory, WhatsApp customer enquiries and leads. We may change or improve features over time.

Accounts

You must give accurate information, keep your login details confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

Dealer responsibilities

Dealers are responsible for the accuracy of vehicle listings, photos and prices, and for their dealings with customers. Dealers must have the right to use the customer information they enter, follow applicable law, and follow Meta's WhatsApp Business policies when messaging customers. The platform must not be used for unlawful, misleading or abusive activity or spam.

Data and privacy

Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, YOSOLVE is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for sales or business decisions made by dealers.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms, and you may stop using the service at any time. You can request deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
